Senior Manager Project Management and Delivery Excellence
Getinge are looking for a Senior Manager of Delivery Excellence to manage and drive a globally based office of highly qualified Project Managers and Specialists. As Senior Manager of Delivery Excellence, you will secure, that the implementation of Getinge Hospital efficiency software solutions consistently meets the highest standards, with 100% satisfied customers as the implied outcome
Your responsibilities will include:
- People and team management at all sites (including remote and home offices)
- Prediction and mitigation of skills and capacity gaps
- Allocation of cross organizational resources to implementation projects
- Building/consolidating/enhancing the Project management office procedures, tools, materials and best practices
- Participating/delivering Project Management work on complex customer projects
- Setting standards and providing guidance and support to Sales companies globally on project quoting and deliveries
- Ensuring customer feedback mechanism is in place, and that the feedback is evaluated for improvements
- Ensuring Lessons Learned mechanism is in place, followed through with continuous improvement process
- Monitoring and understanding project pipeline in close collaboration with sales
- Organizing and tracking KPI’s on performance and quality.
- Participate in Customer steering committees
- Manage internal cross functional improvement processes
Who you are:

Your experience includes:
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience preferable within healthcare and software implementation
- Bachelor’s Degree (minimum)
- Strong oral and written communication skills (Danish and English), ability to communicate in “Scandinavian” (Swedish/Norwegian) + German is an advantage.
- Ability to influence others and manage a team
- Strong presentation skills
- Advanced computer literacy and work in the technology field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
